COURSE STRUCTURE
Virtual certification course consists of two two-hour sessions on different days. Each session is individually scheduled by the facilitator and participant for maximum client convenience. The sessions are uniquely designed based on your needs.
Session 1 will provide participants with an introduction to the Extended DISC® and how to interpret and facilitate the information provided by the Extended DISC® Individual Assessments.
In Session 2, participants’ will use their assessment reports to practice “real world” applications and how to effectively debrief Individual, Team and Work Pair reports.
